Laura is a wonderful host! She was so accommodating with our schedule on arrival. The apartment is a 7 minute walk from the train station, but you don’t hear the train in the apartment at all and it stops running at 10pm Very clean apartment, great location to Cafes, pizza/restaurants, gelato and groceries are very close to walk to within 5-10 minutes. We would 100% stay here again in Italy! Grazie Laura 😍

Very cozy beautiful and spacious apartment, we felt like at home. The hosts are very nice and friendly, ready to help with everything. The apartment has a private entrance and terrace with a beautiful view, a large living room with a comfortable kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Temperature inside was comfortable, despite the extremely high temperatures outside.

Beautiful property in fabulous grounds. The staff were outstanding, being both friendly and always helpful. The room was superb and very well organised. The food at the restaurant is exceptional and the breakfast also wonderful. The pool area is charming and pretty the addition of the pool bar is lovely. I could not fault this hotel in any way and hope to return soon. The gentlemen serving drinks at the pool - Tomas was wonderful. We also did the bee activity which we very much enjoyed. A wonderful relaxing stay in a fabulous location with superb staff.

A great starting point for exploring Tuscany.

A great starting point for exploring Tuscany. All the hotspots (Siena, San Gimignano, Greve, Certaldo, etc.) are easily accessible. Florence is super easy to reach by train; the station is a 15-minute walk away.

Incisa in Valdarno is definitely not a place to spend a...

Incisa in Valdarno is definitely not a place to spend a holiday (in my opinion), but from there you can quickly reach Arezzo, Pisa, Florence, Assisi, etc., and you pay much less for accommodation. Those who love authentic Tuscan cuisine will find fantastic restaurants there and in the surrounding area.

It's okay for relaxing, but unfortunately that's about it. There's nothing to do in the village itself. There are shops for daily necessities, but unfortunately, the options for a nice dinner out are very limited. You always need a car.

We were in Incisa for work - I don't think anyone goes there on holiday, but the nearby cities, especially Florence, then Figline, Arezzo, etc., are more than worth seeing and offer everything a traveler to Tuscany looks for and wants.

A nice small hotel located a 5 minute drive from the Outlet Shopping Mall and close to the motorway. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean .Bathroom is small but adequate . The restaurant at the hotel is super and we had a fabulous dinner there ...really very good. Breakfast was ok , it is not in the same restaurant, with a buffet style with an acceptable choice and quality if you do not want hot food.

Amazing rooms with breathtaking view. I just didn’t want to leave (ever!), it was perfect. The breakfast was also very (!!!) good and everyone working in the hotel was so nice and friendly, it was extremely sweet.
