Stunning location, great pool, lovely food, breakfast was fantastic I love the way it's served as a banquet at the table. Immaculately clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent shower and comfy beds. Couldn't fault it in anyway it was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The host welcomed us despite of late time, introducing facilities carefully. Plus the host speaks English very well :) Don't worry about communication. There were literally perfect. There were everything we need. And also the accommodation's hygiene was perfect too. Please don't hesitate to visit here if you are thinking about visit here.

Everything was great! The apartment is very spacious, beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is comfortable and includes everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant Locanda de la Volterella also has amazing Italian dishes.

It was a perfect experience in a cosy and beautiful apartment, equipped with all, what is necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment is in an ancie t buulding with a beautiful view to rural maremma of Lazio. We would like to come back.

We can't find many faults. The hospitality is exceptional.

We can't find many faults. The hospitality is exceptional. The food is homemade and plentiful. The pool is beautiful, well-equipped, and clean. The owner, Fabrizio, takes great care of his guests. I personally would recommend it.

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, along with the...

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, along with the location surrounded by nature, deserve four stars. The bathroom could use a little more attention, considering the price per night. A set of towels was missing (two instead of three), and the taps are a bit dated! We were disappointed with the lunch bill: €80 for three of us, sharing a first course and two second courses with a quarter of wine and water!
