Very comfortable little Agritourismo hotel/wine producer, run by a charming and welcoming family. Situated in the countryside, surrounded by its own vines. Superb restaurant serving delicious dinner and breakfast, with much choice of dishes. Copious parking, which was useful to me, as I was driving SUV and trailer.

Good parking and great reception. We had a big family room with a balcony and lots of space. The swimming pool and served drinks were very nice. The top was the great wines and food served and made by the very friendly owner and her daughter. Local products and products from their own garden made our dinner a super experience. Also the breakfast was good. We recommend this location very much.

A quiet little town away from the tourist hotspots. A good starting point for bike tours to Lake Garda or into the hinterland. Several cities worth seeing (Mantua, Parma, Brescia, etc.) are easily accessible by car for enjoyable city tours.

We didn't find the beaches on the southern shore of Lake Garda very appealing. Furthermore, there were too few swimming spots, some of which had unpleasant pebbles or rocky banks. We preferred to go to Lake Iseo and Lake Idro instead.

A great location for visiting the surrounding villages, with the option of taking a boat shuttle at a very reasonable price. Plenty of good little restaurants offer pleasant moments by the lake at very reasonable prices. Not far from Verona, which is THE city to visit if you're staying in Lonato.

Unfortunately, there's practically nothing going on in the town itself. There are no restaurants, only pizza places. There aren't any sights to see, nothing particularly noteworthy, and there's ongoing restoration work, so no one is allowed in. I wouldn't vacation in this place again.

It's a strategic location because it's close to Desenzano...

It's a strategic location because it's close to Desenzano and the highway. It's ideal for those who drive and want to visit the area around Lake Garda. The town has several excellent restaurants offering excellent quality and value, as well as a historic center with a castle worth visiting.

Our second stay here, and it lived up to our expectations. No restaurant on a Sunday, but wonderful pizza restaurant nearby (be warned, one-third is enough unless you play rugby!) Hotel breakfast buffet offered a large selection, and air-con was available in our room. Ample en-suite bathroom, and a lovely hotel garden with seats and shade. Welcoming, attentive staff. Recommended
