What a FANTASTIC location! Surrounded by the mountains , nearby the Swiss border, we found this little jewel in the peacefull area of Masera. The Lady of the house was so friendly to stay up for our late check-in , so that we still could go for dinner before ( restaurant Divin Porcello, recommanded by her also! TOP!) We had a beautiful room, amazing mountain view, the cleanliness EVERYWHERE was extreme! The silence, the peace, the pure mountain air :it all was a great relief after a long car journey on busy roads! Great breakfast also !! Unfortunately we had only 1 night at this fantastic place; but hopefully we wil come back another time! ( we were driving up north, took the Simplon pass to avoid the Gottardo tunnel with 4 hours of traffic jam!) It was THE best idea !!

Great location between mountains. Above my expectations. Yes, this is a 3 star hotel, but this is very good 3 stars. Looks like 80s style hotel but all furniture, decor, elevator.. looks as a new. Very clean. Very good restaurant. Big and free parking.
