The studio/house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – a perfect home away from home. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient, and the swimming pool was a real highlight – clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a lovely place to stay and one I’d happily return to.

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.

The staff were all very nice, and a special mention for Eduardo, who was so helpful and informative with the restaurant menu. He also gave us so much information about the local area. The restaurant food was exceptional and we enjoyed every meal.

Spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms set in a stunning location. Lovely outdoor space and view. Such friendly and helpful hosts Fabrizio and Veronica. A wonderful central spot to explore lovely parts of Umbria. We even did a day trip to Orvieto. The environment gives a great feeling of peace ! We hope to be back 😀

Everything was great: comfort of the apartment, the breakfast was amazing, the concierge was incredible (thank you!) answering all our requests, the pool was bliss at the end of warm days. Looks like a remote property surrounded by sunflowers but its very close to Perugia and perfect to get away of it all while being close to the city and the highway. Also a good base to explore the surroundings.
