Absolutely lovely property - calm and relaxing. Easy ten to 15 minutes walk into the village where there was a great restaurant, bar and a grocery shop. Aldo and his family were very discreet so it felt very private and we loved the surprise gifts of vegetables, eggs and even a truffle! He was available for any help or advice when needed but otherwise you would not have known he was there. Pool was always very clean and fantastic size. It is unusual to find a private pool in a property of this size - just perfect for a couple. House was very well equipped - great attention to detail.

Marco was the greatest host, extremely helpful and offered the best services. I left my bag on the shuttle Marco happily offered to drive round until he found the bus and retrieved the bag back. He also dropped us off in many places out of the kindness of his heart. The room was great, huge infact. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay with the best host. Thankyou!

Alessandro was so friendly, helpful and generous. The room is really very beautiful with an amazing view. We were warm and comfortable. The location is fantastic. Heaven on earth The place is charming, located amongst vineyards, overlooking the city of Orvieto. The room is large and clean, nestled in a beautiful building. The pool is spacious and well maintained. Around the pool there are places to sit and chaise longues where you can simply relax and soak up the atmosphere of Umbria. The garden is stunning in its beauty, and has more other places to relax. The breakfast is excellent, the jams are very special. I will definitely be back
