Traditional, quiet and close to the beach. Some parking outside, otherwise, municipal parking close by. Comfortable. Friendly owner / manager Carlo, speaks English and is really helpful. Good value.

Everything was amazing. It’s like being transported back one hundred years, or spending time in an Agatha Christie novel. The hotel is a little dated but that’s where the charm is. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is parking at the front and a complementary, continental breakfast which is fabulous. The views from the rooms are spectacular. I wouldn’t change a thing.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and pleasantly decorated. Its main feature is the lovely terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the nearby coast. The host is very pleasant and responsive, and helped us immediately when an issue arose with the automatic lock system. This is the second time we stay at this property and we love returning here.

The owner of the apartment is very nice. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday. We really enjoyed being there and the sea views are amazing. I recommend this apartment to everyone and I really hope to return there soon.

Very friendly owner of the apartment. Always was in contact and always was ready to help if we needed something. Very beautiful apartment with an amazing view and lots of day light in it. Beach is in walking distance. You can rent there sun beds or you can also bring your own towel and umbrella. We also traveled to France, which is very close, just an hour driving. So the location of the apartment is perfect, you can explore Italy and also go to France if you want. Definitely would recommend this place!

    Nice beaches, not so crowded.

    Nice beaches, not so crowded. Great place to rent a bicycle and ride the route by the seaside. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Walking is the best way to get around. Driving through San Remo is a mess.

    Nice, cozzy and bright fully equipped apartment in the beginning of Ospedaletti’s promenade which is typically very silent. Takes 1 minute to reach either free or paid beach (the one with sand) and 3-5 minutes to all main restaurants. It is close to 3 parking spots so no problems where to park a car. Store with parking tickets is also 1 minute walk. Valentina, the hostess, was very nice, she sent very detailed descriptions about all the main places and needs. Great for family of 3-4 peoplе.

    The location in the lovely town Ospedaletti is very central. The residence stands on the main street and it is only few minutes down the stairs to the beach. It is also close to supermarket and lovely cafes and restaurants of the area. Sanremo can easily reached by bus and it takes about 5-7 minutes. I like that room is bright and has a balcony. They have parking(I didn’t need it).

    Superb location. Car lock up garage is included and a real bonus. Breakfast just perfect. Staff fabulous, every one of them. Rooms are simple and very no frills but super clean and great bed. We booked last minute on booking com on Saturday and it was 135€ for a double room with no sea view. I thought that was super expensive and the hotel is not worth that kind of price.
