The story of Andrea and the house is amazing and the dedication he has to restore the house and make it available to other people makes this place and Andrea unique. The view from the room leaves you speechless and Andrea has some great tips for places in the nature and for great food.

Our stay was really nice! The warm welcome from Gianni and his family was just touching, as we had booked last minute, a few hours before our arrival. We only stayed for one night, but we loved it! Since it was low season, they offered to cook for us, which was really kind of them, but we declined because we didn't want them to do so much work for just two of us, although they did recommend some great places to eat in Colle di Tora. The room had a view of the mountains which made waking up really magical. As we were the only guests, they asked us what time to have breakfast and at 8 Gianni had already prepared 2 homemade tarts and 1 homemade donut with jams and Nutella of our choice. The coffee was simply delicious, made with the coffee machine. Thank you so much! We highly recommend it!

What a fabulous place . over looking the lake , nice neighbourhood who were very friendly . Apartment was clean tidy and had all we wanted. he also has a Resturant around the corner which you have to go to to taste the local food.

Perfect location with GREAT views of the lake. Host was VERY helpful in providing guidance for hikes nearby and restaurants. Fridge was packed with goodies - many different drinks & types of milk, yoghurt. Fresh croissants supplied for breakfast. Dobule bed room nice and big. Wine and special liquor supplied. Good heating and hot water.

    Nice medieval village.

    Nice medieval village. Amazing views, safe and with a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately he village is almost empty (it counts around 170 inhabitantanta), and just staying there can be boring after a while. Luckily the area is beautiful, surronded by a forest with cool hiking paths and the amazing lake.
