The place is beautiful, full of greenery and beautiful scenery. The Polo Club being part of the resort, we got to enjoy a relaxing horse ride. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail so we could enjoy the experience, although we had never ridden before. We also used the tennis court, also a nice experience. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner at the onsite restaurant was also a nice experience, with the waiter recommending us an excellent wine. The room was spacious, clean. We had a few difficulties renting a car, but Saimira was very helpful, offering to drive us to the train station in Bucine so we could take the train to Arezzo. All in all a lovely experience, we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

The host and her family gave us a lovely warm welcome and were always asking about our wellbeing. Driving into the premises with this picturesque house and garden never got old during our stay. We enjoyed having a little breakfast on the outside table, the trees provided shadow and a cool microclimate. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and also stayed cool because of thick ancient walls. This also added to the special atmosphere of the apartment. Just around the corner is a good Restaurant, well it’s more than that. You also can have a coffee/drink there and shop some basic groceries. Pietraviva and the region is highly recommended in general since it’s not overcrowded - people are very welcoming towards tourists. Just be aware of mosquitoes! Prepare accordingly, it can get quite annoying!

Our stay at Palazzo Tiglio was truly exceptional. The property is stunning, beautifully restored, blending historical charm with modern luxury. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the scents inside the property was nice and calming. What really made our visit unforgettable, though, was John outstanding hospitality. His genuine warmth and thoughtful recommendations made us feel incredibly welcome. John and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend Palazzo Tiglio to anyone looking for a luxurious, personalized experience in Italy! We can’t wait to return!

At the booking site. Fantastic stay in a wonderful place! We loved the room, the place and the staff! Can’t wait to go back. Worth to stay at least 3 nights. We stayed 2 and fell so sorry to leave. The manger of the restaurant is 5 stars! The food was great and the breakfast fantastic!

Loved everything about Poggilunghi, ideally situated to explore Tuscany. Great pool, and the accommodation was lovely. Simon and Gabi are great hosts, very helpful, and have the two most awesome Labradors, who made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Tuscany. Our only regret is that we only had three days to stay there; we could have easily spent 5-7 days at Poggilunghi.

The place was gorgeous. Property was stunning. We felt one with nature. The staff was ever present but out of sight. I felt I was at a place just for me. The food was amazing on the night we had dinner there. Top notch. Stayed four nights. Hated to leave. Loved walking into the village of Ambra for a coffee and to pick up a few things.

The Pink House is a spacious semi-detached house in a small street of the little town of Pietraviva. It has a nice view from the balconies, enough space for our group of 5 and you can drive to many sights in the area. You can park in front of the house. The next supermarket is 20 min. away, but they have a small shop in the only restaurant in town. We stayed 5 days to attend an American wedding in the Villa Cini and went on some sightseeing in Arrezzo, Siena and Florence.

Lovely, quiet and rustic place with typical Tuscany charme as part of a huge Polo sports club. Kids loved the jacuzzi in our garden and the big pool down at the hotel. Saimira, the manager, was super supportive and open-hearted. We miss this place already.

There was an absolutely amazing restaurant at the bottom of the hill from our villa that was owned by the hotel. The villa itself was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was just perfect!
