The host and his wife are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant and plenty. Most properties in this town are along the railroad fence very noisy. This property is away from the noise whilst being near everything. It's probably the best place to stay in this location.

It is a very nice place.

It is a very nice place. You won't find many really old or historic buildings here, but the town is in good shape and close to other bigger resorts (Lido di Fermo or Civitanova Marche). There are many interesting places within an hour's drive (Fermo, Macerata, Ascoli Piceno) if you want to visit nice historic towns, and this is a cosy, not too busy but still lively enough seaside resort with a welcoming atmosphere and a really good vibe.

Le Marche is a fantastic destination, with a strong Italian identity, excellent cuisine, natural beauty, great prices, stunning beaches, and a wealth of history. My family emigrated from this province to Argentina, and I'm so happy I went there to reconnect with my roots.

The town was a bit too quiet for us.

The town was a bit too quiet for us. Lots of shops and little evening entertainment. Luckily, there was a bar downstairs with some music to liven up the evenings. Otherwise, you could only stroll along the seafront.

Considering the short stay (3 days at the end of September), it seemed like a quiet place, popular with young families with children, with a beautiful sea. The restaurant, "La Rotonda," has a good restaurant. The clock tower is worth a visit. It's easy to get around. I would avoid the high season.

Quiet location. Several places to eat. For the beach, we recommend the Moby Dick beach club, which also serves excellent seafood. Toward the center, there are other places that serve meat and are very good. (Matteo)

Porto Sant'Elpidio is a quiet town, with welcoming locals.

Porto Sant'Elpidio is a quiet town, with welcoming locals. It has a very long bike path and many restaurants near the sea offering excellent food. You can visit neighboring towns without using a car; trains run every 45 minutes.

Spacious and very clean, with a very handy internal parking space and close to the beach promenade. The host Alessia was very nice and check in process super easy - we arrived late at night and were given self check instructions which were very clear, Alessia and her team were always available to answer Whattsap messages with questions.

We were self catering. Local life all around. Sitting on the small balcony watching life going on. 2mins walk to the beach and promenade where you could walk for miles on the flat. Lots of beach side restaurants and coffee bars. Friendly locals.
