We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place nestled in the heart of nature. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast prepared by our lovely host. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding kindness and warmth of the owners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and clean retreat surrounded by nature – with truly exceptional hosts.

I am not sure where to start with this exceptional property. From the time we arrived for our 1 night stay to the time we left everything was perfect. The rooms are large and very comfortable. There is no TV but that did not worry us as this is a quiet rest and relax hotel where you can go for a walk and take in the spectacular views. It did however have fantastic wifi. There is a beautiful pool which we took advantage of while we were there. Each night there is a home cooked fine dining 3 course meal offered including wine and the meal was to die for as it was cooked with fresh local produce and wine was included. The hosts were very friendly and parking was free onsite which was great as we had a car. A very cosy, intimate accommodation and I would highly recommend.

This was an amazing stay, apartment is beutiful, located in an beutiful tuscan town, it has amazing old-new feel to it and the host is the loveliest lady, she responds in seconds and helps with everything. Highly recommend!

The room was absolutely wonderful, very spacious, open and clean. They left a couple nice touches for our arrival: a bottle of Prosecco and some balloons with writing “love”. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated, very comfortable and very clean. The jacuzzi inside the room was great and very relaxing - super easy to use. The room is part of Agriturismo Le Ville, which has a great outside pool and nice view of the countryside. It was super quiet and idillic. The windows had mosquito nets so we could keep them open at night. The parking was close by and comfortable to reach. Each room has an outside terrace to enjoy staying outside. The owner Natasha was very kind and gave us great tips for dinner and for some spots to sightsee and was always reachable for question via WhatsApp message. The agriturismo is very easy to reach with Google maps, 20 minutes by car from San Gimignano, 30 minutes from Volterra and 30-45 minutes from Siena. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The location was like in a fairy tale. Cute stone house, beautifully landscaped surroundings, peace, you could hear the birds singing, ... A good starting point for short trips to nature or sightseeing. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer and try out jacuzzi ;)

Host is very unresponsive and does not reply when there are issues with the unit. The unit is stocked with nothing, you have to bring everything yourself. The pool is closed most of the year. There is no restaurant access as it states on the listing. If you come peak season it may be better, but in September we were very disappointed.

A delightful, friendly and welcoming village in the stunning Tuscan countryside. Fantastic restaurants with one in particular (La Pergola) providing amazing sunset views over the Tuscan hills. Agriteca near the village church was also wonderful, with amazing food, wine and service.

Cozy cottage.

Cozy cottage. Even when the weather isn't great, it's cozy and very clean, with all the kitchen amenities. Comfortable beds. There are some wonderful restaurants in the area, and charming beaches are within an hour's drive. Beautiful scenery: we saw porcupines, lots of deer, wild boar, and tawny owls.

A small, pleasant town, it's a good base for exploring other tourist attractions. I recommend the pizza at La Pergola Di Radicondoli restaurant. Although it's not cheap, it's worth trying once, and the view from the terrace is beautiful.

A charming, small town with one main street and two side streets. Very pleasant views of the surrounding valleys from the top. A few shops, a few restaurants, and a small church. In June, there weren't many tourists, so it was quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, and the owner is very kind and attentive. We had dinner there, and I must say it was very good. Breakfast was a bit basic, but it ended up having a bit of everything, including delicious homemade cakes. Overall, a good property. The road to get there is unpaved, but if you go slowly, it's easily manageable unless you have a super sports car.

II Vecchio Mulino Toscana is an island of peace, beauty and harmony. We were in the apartment that had a huge living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The garden, the swimming pool and barbecue place are all clean, looked after with great care and love. The owners are very kind and helpful people. We highly recommend this holiday house in the heart of Toscana. We have visited Florence, Siena and Pisa during our stay at the holiday house.

We had a fantastic stay at Radicondoli House: the space is fresh, clean, and stylish and there is plenty of space available. We loved the view from the living room of the square in particular. Parking nearby was easy; you can even see the free parking from the bedroom window if you want to keep an eye on your car during your stay. We made use of the kitchen and had everything we needed to prepare meals, including a dishwasher and good-quality cooking equipment.

Beautiful remote location with everything you need on your doorstep! Fantastic restaurants within a stones throw with a well stocked local shop, butchers and bakers a short stroll away. Team that with a well equipped kitchen you really don’t need to leave the stunning local area. The villa was extremely clean and comfortable and everything you would expect from a traditional Italian villa. The host was always a message away and very helpful.
