Nice staff with beautiful farmhouse. They keep everything very clean and fresh air everywhere. Also they will help you reserve horse riding if needed and charge around €60/hr, walk around the mountain and vineyard, very nice experience and price is worth.. We definitely will come back again.

I can recommend the place with a clear conscience. We had an apartment with a kitchen on the first floor and a bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. The rooms are maintained in the old Italian style, but clean and neat. To the bathroom and kitchen you can not have major reservations either. The property itself is beautifully located, there are beautiful views all around, there are plenty of activities for older and younger guests, I did not use the pool - it was too cold. A separate point of this review will be the food. While breakfasts were not awe-inspiring, they were correct, but nevertheless not much variety and served rather sweet, dinner is something I would return there more than once. Several dishes are served, both pastas, vegetarian and meat dishes and desserts. The quantity - not to be overeaten. And the taste, well, having been to nearby pubs, nowhere did we get such delicious food. You can see that the people working there know how to cook and put their whole heart into it, which you can feel on the plate. With dinner was served red and white wine to choose from, our heart was stolen by the white wine, which we still remember and can not forget it. Hotel staff extremely friendly, helpful and cordial. In addition, to my surprise, everyone speaks English, also no problem with getting along. In good conscience I recommend and I am already dreaming of my next stay at this property.

We stayed at the property whilst on business and it was ideal in terms of location and accommodation offering excellent value. Really liked authentic features, etc but the house offered a lot more in terms of the garden, pool etc and must be perfect for families and groups of friends. This is a books that prides the service they provide. EVERYTHING was 5-star quality! The drive to the property was Florence airport was great—mainly highways and easy roads leading to the property. During our stay, the villa hosted a wine tasting watch was top quality—elegantly done and very informative.

We spent our holiday at Villa Regacci. We enjoyed our stay very much. The terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner, was lovely, overlooking the pool. The pool was a good size and very inviting for swimming. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have an excellent dinner.

A not-too-large village.

A not-too-large village. A charming village square with terraces. Everything else is available: a supermarket (a bit cluttered), a bakery, and a pizzeria. Great cycling. There's a route to Pian di Sco that you can even ride on a regular bike.

Calm, quite, silent. Or as Ialians say: tranquillo :-). If you donot wish noisy, massy beaches, costs, but a fix point to look around in Toscana, then this is your accomodation. Iz is not a standard hotel, more or less it a house of appartments (with a very good rrstaurant). So if you need freedom in time and space, I can suggest it based on our experiments.

Where to start? Great room, fantastic location in the hills, beautiful countryside and views, balcony, great restaurant, really good wine produced by the hotel (I am able to say that I had more than enough bottles to make an assessment), friendly staff. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
