It was an incredible stay to disconnect from routine! The restaurant is amazing and I really enjoyed all recommendations that I was given. Thing to mention is breakfast, not many places in Italy has such a great variety of food on the buffet and eggs options (which in my case is my everyday "must " in the morning). Absolutely wonderful stay in every way! The most welcoming and accommodating family with friends that run this lovely place. The apartment had everything you need. The whole place is tranquil in a setting of olive trees, old impressive trees, flowers and fruit trees and the property inside and out is immaculately taken care of. The pool area clean with a 1.40 m deep pool and several different sun and lounge chairs with umbrellas to chose from - all in a dreamy setting. We were three friends traveling here and had dinner in the restaurant 5 nights - we all very much enjoyed the home cooked 3-4 course meals with local wine. Also we were delighted when it was pizza night and all guest were seated together while pizzas were coming without an end :) . It is great to have a car for excursions but we also enjoyed taking the bus that runs a few times a day just 5 min walk from the premises to the nearby town where the train to Florence etc places runs frequently. As I am writing this a few days after returning home only bad thing I can think of the was that we couldn’t stay another week!

We stayed at the property whilst on business and it was ideal in terms of location and accommodation offering excellent value. Really liked authentic features, etc but the house offered a lot more in terms of the garden, pool etc and must be perfect for families and groups of friends. Dario, the owner is extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a books that prides the service they provide. EVERYTHING was 5-star quality! The drive to the property was Florence airport was great—mainly highways and easy roads leading to the property. During our stay, the villa hosted a wine tasting watch was top quality—elegantly done and very informative.

This is a real gem at 30 minutes from Florence, 38 minutes from Chianti region. We stayed 4 days and everything was amazing, we would have liked to stay longer. The service was outstanding, Manuela, Daniel, Matilde and Gulia (the chef) were always giving their best to make us feel home, attentive and caring. Food was delicious, we were looking forward to being back for having dinner. Breakfast and dinner with gluten free options as we requested. We would have liked to spend time enjoying the pool, terraces and surroundings full of nature. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy

I would not recommend so much the town of Regello - there...

I would not recommend so much the town of Regello - there are more beautiful towns in the area - but the region is so interesting. It is characterized by the hills of the Pratomagno where you can hike our bike and the many olive groves at its sides. Excellent vignards you can find as well, not to forget the "Balze" , the typical sandy rocks around which you will find trekking paths. It is a very authentic region south of Florence from were the other important cities as Arezzo and Siena are easily reached.

Where to start? Great room, fantastic location in the hills, beautiful countryside and views, balcony, great restaurant, really good wine produced by the hotel (I am able to say that I had more than enough bottles to make an assessment), friendly staff. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Characterful large Tuscan country house, very clean, with a fantastic pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Lovely setting.
