Amazing place in wonderful park. Tranquil and stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. The room was impressive and large and so was the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. Dinner in the garden, breakfast on the third floor terrace (with stunning views). Plenty of parking. And the suitcases were brought up to the room (we panicked at first when we saw all the stairs). Only regret was that we could not stay longer.

The location was lovely, and the terrace was beautiful. The host was also very kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean, and the facilities were well maintained. Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.

If you have the misfortune of finding ypurself in reiti the...

If you have the misfortune of finding ypurself in reiti the only place you should consider staying is park hotel villa potenziani it is a magnificient stately home outside of reiti with pool and fabulous terraces and gardens. If u drop down into reiti avoid hotel.miramont it is most definitely NOT 4 star its reaching for a 2 star, a hostel would be more comfortable. The shopping is purely to reach into the tourist's pocket, the "designer" labels are suspect and do not buy the so called steve madden originals you will be sorely disappointed, the only good thing in reiti is the road out of it!

Rieti is an underrated gem of a city, small enough to feel...

Rieti is an underrated gem of a city, small enough to feel very manageable and safe, while still offering many great restaurants and beautiful churches in a lovely natural setting, with the river and the view of the mountains. It would make a great base for exploring the surrounding Sabina region or doing some serious hiking or skiing. Also very convenient for the Franciscan sanctuaries in the surrounding hills.

I found myself in Rieti by chance and in an emergency...

I found myself in Rieti by chance and in an emergency situation (my car broke down). But I already knew this city, which is certainly worth a visit. It has beautiful corners and views, an ancient history, and a remarkable natural and scenic surrounding area. The chili pepper fair, which I visited on another occasion, is lovely.

A beautiful river with a wonderfully colored water, charming architecture, and beautiful mountains surrounding the city. A wonderful tour of "underground Rieti"; we recommend Samuel, a guide with extensive knowledge and kindness. Delicious food in the restaurants.

The city is very beautiful and has some really interesting places to visit. Unfortunately, my stay was very short. Near the hotel I found excellent services, a restaurant where I ate very well, and shops where I could do some excellent shopping.

Viviana (I think she is one of the owners) was very pleasant and accommodating. The room we had was very spacious, stylish, and most importantly clean! The breakfast selection included enough choices. The location was also very convenient to the main square and center. Parking right outside the hotel was full, but there is proper parking space that is 5 minutes away via walk.

The hotel reception staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The room was huge and airy with a great view. Easy to find and the perfect stop for our first night out of Rome on a road trip. We only wished we stayed longer than one night!
