The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

We stayed here for one night, and from the start, we didn’t expect anything special. We just wanted to stay somewhere near the lake. But we were surprised by this hotel for a few reasons: 1. They have an incredible restaurant. You won’t believe me, but during our trip across Italy, it has been difficult to find a restaurant with good cuisine in touristy places. But here… I wonder why they haven’t received a Michelin star yet. For dinner, we ordered a set menu with five dishes, and I would say they were amazing. Plus, the service was exceptional. We felt like royalty there. 2. The view from the restaurant overlooking Lake Como is terrific. Really, the view is amazing. They offer a free breakfast included in your stay, and this breakfast (prepared by their brilliant chef) with that view… Definitely, You need to experience it

The home was very well setup and organized.

The home was very well setup and organized. I knew from the pictures that is was Beautiful and scenic. However, once inside everything was very easy to use and enjoy. Which is not always the case even in the most expensive Homes. The Staff was 100% great. Many times I had to make last moment requests. Which can be a big challenge. But each time they said no problem. Again, very rare. I have been to over 60 Countries. Many times Leasing or renting exclusive home(s) for My Family when we visit. I really enjoyed this Villa and the People. As did my Family. Thank you. AAA+++ Rating.

This villa is phenomenal. Location is fantastic!

This villa is phenomenal. Location is fantastic! Facilities are really great. The only draw back is the main road is not conducive to walking on, so a car really is necessary for safety reasons. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place. I travel a lot and have had numerous experiences with these types of rentals, and this place is truly awesome! Right on the lake is a dream.

LAKE COMO WAS A VERY INTENSE WEEK FOR THE WAY WE EXPERIENCED IT...THE LOCAL PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND WITH ANY INFORMATION WE REQUESTED...THE RESTAURANT WHERE WE DINED WAS EXPENSIVE BUT VERY CLASSY...WE WILL RETURN TO IT IN THE FUTURE.

The town is charming but tiny, with a population of just 600...

The town is charming but tiny, with a population of just 600, and you can walk around it in 20 minutes. I found a couple of restaurants and one tiny shop. There's practically nowhere to walk, and walking along the highway is uncomfortable: there are cars and no sidewalks. You can walk along the street above the highway, but it's steep, making the walk an endurance workout. There's no promenade.

The lake view is very nice.

The lake view is very nice. The apartment itself is not; the oven, pans, and pots are unusable. The beds are broken. The bathroom door is difficult to close, and the water takes forever to get hot. This apartment should really be taken out of the rental market.

Everything was exceptional, the location of the hotel and Ca Bela villa, wich is the next level luxurious experience. The breakfast was 10/10 and the food at he lounge and the hotel restaurant was amazing too. The hotel is located directly on the lake and offers a breathtaking view. It is one of the best properties we stayed in Italy. Trully 5* establishment.

The room was very beautiful and conveniently located next to the Sala Comacina ferry port. The view from the room was amazing and picturesque. Liza and her mum Janett were very helpful and friendly, letting us check in earlier than expected and giving us guides to get around the area.
