This was a lovely place to stay, high up under Mount Etna with a partial view to the distant sea far below. Spectacular sunrises and moonscapes. There's plenty of room inside the large, high-ceilinged building, which is generally well equipped and surrounded by woodland and vineyards. An attractive terrace catches the sun in the morning. The narrow, winding roads on the way to and from the property from the motorway are perhaps not for the faint-hearted...

We had a Great time at Serafinas place. She was very motivated to support us. The House is situated some km away from the coast and it takes some time to get there. Some roads are good and some are not so good, but we had no problems with our small car even with the country roads. It is a good place to start tours at the Etna area. We were travelling in the beginning of October. Because of the altitude it was colder than at the coast and we had no Chance to use the pool. The rooms are clean and equipped in a practical way. Breakfast and Dinner was every day extrodinary.

Superb sea view directly from the room and from enormous terrace our room included. Sunrises were really something special. Also view of Etna from road-side of the house. Free parking on the premises was extremely helpful. Situated short drive from lots east Etna hikes which are not too touristy (Rifugio Citelli is a great starting point for instance). Breakfast room (and the whole property actually) is really nice and well thought-through. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, though more on the sweet side. Our host Lorena was very friendly and accommodating. Great middle point to explore east coast towns.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the experience! The pool was absolutely fantastic—modern, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing day. The rooms were immaculate, with everything looking new and kept in pristine condition, which made the stay extra comfortable. The food was excellent as well; every meal was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect stay to say at least. The hotel is beautifully renovated. The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cosy and spacious. Pool was like a blue lagoon surrounded by the lemon trees which smelled insanely. Couldn’t recommend this place enough !

The family hotel ir located in the town in the mountains, at first the narrow roads were a bit intimidating, but every day we appreciated the peace of this place more and more. Very nice and friendly hosts, helped us choose places to see and where to eat. They prepared a hearty breakfast themselves, we could choose what we wanted to eat. A large and spacious yard, a swimming pool, which the children appreciated, and excellent cleanliness - everything you need for a pleasant vacation!

The hotel is beautiful, in a somewhat remote but idyllic location. To me, the best part of the hotel is the staff- they did a wonderful job of communicating with us over Whatsapp and helping to meet our needs. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner once on a normal night and once for Easter brunch; we would highly recommend it. We would recommend this as a cozy getaway for travelers young or old. A car is best for traveling to the hotel.

The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful, the hotel itself is nice too, comfortable and the food is good. Parking the car is not a problem because the hotel has it's own parking and is also available in the street next to it. It's the ideal hotel to stay in on a mountain especially in winter time. I definitely recommend it.
