A beautiful palazzo in a stunning location. Our deluxe room with balcony overlooked the street and the views to the hills and nearby church were stunning. The room was spotlessly clean and the furnishings superb. The bed was so comfortable and the staff professional, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast (very nice) was served in the room and there were lots of choices. Palazzo Conti is top notch and we will certainly return again. Thank you for a wonderful authentic stay in this beautiful Baroque town.

Very well equipped apartment. Very nice looking with arched bedroom. Decorated lamps and cupboard and all sorts of other bits give the apartment a nice Sicilian touch. The location of the apartment is less than 5 min walk from the city center which is great and all the main sights, restaurants and gelaterias are well within the walking distance. The host was super nice and very supportive and provided a comprehensive description of the city and gave some good hints regarding for getting around. Great overall experience in Scicli!

Scicli is one of several towns in southern Sicilia worth visiting along with Modica, Noto and Syracuse. We were based in Donnalucata but Scicli was a notable jewel in the Sicilian crown, especially the "Chiesa di San Bartolomeo" of all the churches and cathedrals we saw, this was the most beautiful in my opinion.

The cities of the Noto Valley have been rebuilt around the same time. Scicli is neither the largest nor the most interesting, but a pleasant, compact town where one can taste the characteristic baroque of the region. Once you've seen one, you've seen all - not completely true but there are certainly similarities. Scicli is also fairly close to the sea so the cultural visit can be combined with a bit of beach fun.

Perfect combination of history and proximity of the beaches. Scicli is smaller than Modica or Ragusa, and therefore it feels more relaxed. The advantage is the proximity of various beaches. Max 15mins by car.

It’s a beautiful little town with lovely Baroque...

It’s a beautiful little town with lovely Baroque architecture. There is an easy walk to San Matteo church on the hill for sweeping views of Scicli and the coast. We enjoyed our meal at La Grotta, a restaurant built into a cave.

Beautiful baroque architecture, steeped in history. Quiet at night. Great food, amazing small bar/restaurant 'My Name is Tannoni ' just 5 minutes from hotel. I have never seen ceilings decorated like this, the architecture is amazing. Scicli is stunning, I would like to live there !

The incredible history, beauty , food, people. It may be a long way to get to. It takes more effort than other parts of Sicily. In particular if you don’t want to drive. Do your research about best bus / train routes. Go with one of the big coach com companies. Don’t do by public transport. It will take you forever! It’s worth it once you get there. The scenery on the bus route is stunning also. It’s like a film set. The beauty every where. The history is mind blowing. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable at all times.

Beautiful property and the host Gigi went out of his way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. He sent us a picture of the bus timetables when we got there and even offered to take us to the bus stop when we left. The property has everything that you need and is very central to all the main sights in Scicli with lots of great restaurants nearby.

Lovely location it's so quite and peaceful and a great spot to explore from, the pool is great and prefect for our two teenage boys, the wifi was also great. You have to visit Scicli only 10 mins up the road it's beautiful. Great shops and beaches all nearby (driving). Franco was a super host and very helpful.
