Nice quiet location. A bit out of the way about 20 mins from city centre and 20 mins from fiumicino airport in taxi (approx €50) but there is a bus stop right outside the gate that brings you to a metro station and into the city in less than an hour. Tickets can be bought at reception for just €1.50 and staff are very helpful with directions. There is also a little supermarket at the gate. Breakfast is basic but nice, coffee/juice and bread/pastries, it worked for us. No restaurant on site but a few close by, we didnt try because we just dined in around the city. Stayed for 4 nights, rooms were lovely, cleaned and fresh towels every morning on request.

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location in Rome, feels safe and super close to popular shops and the Vatican. Also very close to the metro stop so made it really easy to get to. The bed was comfy, everything was nice and clean, great little kitchenette. I didn't meet any staff but the host was so helpful, lovely and responsive over WhatsApp, even taking the time to provide me with lots of tips and suggestions for places to eat. Also kind enough to offer for me to leave my bags there the next day, which was incredibly helpful as my flight out of Rome was not until 11pm that night! And no rush in the morning with check out or breakfast.

We stayed for one night only. Trastevere is our favorite part of Rome, and the location of this Hotel was more than ideal. The small garden with banana trees was beautiful, and a cute turtle passing by in front of our door was a very nice surprise. In the late evening it was very nice to have our tea in the garden's patio. The room was modern and comfortable. The personnel was very nice. The breakfast was tasty and nicely-served on the roof terrace. Highly recommend for those who looks for a modern nature-welcome hotel in Trastevere.

We had a great stay at Eccelso Hotel! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially liked the high ceilings, which gave the room a spacious and elegant feel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, local eateries, and the train station and Bus is right opposite to this property, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It's a great choice for families. Highly recommended!

Perfectly situated. I have been to Rome before and we used the hop on hop off busses as a way to get around the city. Every major landmark was walkable from this location. We ended up using our hop on hop off to get from the main Rome train station to get closer to the hotel and that was it! We could have done the walk easily, but figured we'd be tired after our train ride. The rooftop is gorgeous! There is also two amazing food places nearby!

We liked our stay in the hotel. Staff is very nice. The breakfast was nice however I was looking also for a warm options for ex scrambled eggs etc. There is no kitchen to prepare breakfast therefore, all the products are bought not home made. Bus stop (904) is just in front of the hotel. All rooms are cleaned, towels are changed, trash taken every day. When we needed to change sheets, there was no problem. You can buy bus/metro tickets in the reception.

Lovely ambience, breakfast was also very nice - the options were great. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and was very comfortable at all times. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were so lovely. There was always a beautiful scent surrounding the property with a wall of jasmine flowers. The hotel also had a grocery store right opposite which was very handy.

Νice and clean hotel in a suburb of Rome. Peaceful area. A car is essential but there is plenty of free parking. The breakfast had many good options. The reception was available 24 hours and all the staff was very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend it.

Excellent public transport, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Within an hour in downtown Rome. Excellent restaurant 100 meters from the hotel. I can only recommend.
