this is really good place to stay. the staff were great, very helpful with some of the queries I had about getting travel arrangements sorted out. really close to the Old Town in Sperlonga, so an excellent place to stay. I definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you're in Sperlonga:-)

Very nice hosts and location of the hotel. The view from the hotel is awesome. 5 / 8 min walk to the centre. Private parking at the hotel. Nice garden where you can have breakfast or drink a glas of wine with a perfect view. We will go back to this hotel next time.

Sperlonga is a beautiful town.

Sperlonga is a beautiful town. The only thing really the town suffered from was lack of large food store. There were some small stored but no parking so if you are located away from them, you had a very challenging walk back to apartment.

Beautiful town with some lovely views. Marina just 2mins walk away from hotel where you can enjoy boat trips to various locations,( Blue Grotto is a must ) Variety of great restaurants to suit all budgets and great value for the most part and to enjoy really good coffee and people watch.

A lovely little village where most of the tourists are...

A lovely little village where most of the tourists are Italian, so you don't have to hear your native language from every other person you come across and the experience is not a "tourist trap". After the hustle and bustle of Rome, it was wonderful to come here and get a peace and quiet and swim in the sea. Lots of restaurants, it's worth making a table reservation for the weekend A week's trip might be too long unless you just like to lie on the beach

Sperlonga had beautiful beaches and ample options to rent beach chairs for the day. The town had many different options for lunch and dinner and a really full and comprehensive market. The train station is 20 minutes from the town and there are no shuttles that go into town, so make sure you have your transportation figured out as that was a challenge for us. Sperlonga is extremely walkable and has a beautiful section of the town on top of the hill. You have to climb about 200 steps to get up there but it is breathtaking once you reach the top. It is easy to see why Italians choose to vacation in this spot!

If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did,...

If you want to visit here during the off-season like we did, understand that most of the restaurants close after lunch during this time of year. We came in mid-January. Obviously, it will be too cold to enjoy swimming in the beach. But walking around the historic centre was very nice. It was nice that there were so few people in the town during our time there. I would recommend it, if you are into that sort of thing. It was a great chance to take some nice pictures and videos without a lot of people, and/or crowds. There was only one restaurant open for dinner, that our Hotel recommended to us. We tried to find other options, but there were none. Also, the Villa of Tiberius is closed on Monday and Tuesdays.

It is a small house perched atop the main sperlonga ridge facing the sea. You can look down and see the beach and the main sperlonga town towards North There's public parking (paid) walking distance from the property The property is 2 levels, the first level (ground) has 2 bedrooms, a small hall & toilet. The lower level has a toilet with the washing machine and a small open dining area with a view of the beach and a small but well planned kitchen. Buy your own groceries from a local shop and enjoy your stay.

Very near a great beach, over the road from an excellent pizzeria, aircon to help with the heat. We were able to use the train (from Fondi-Sperlonga) to make several day trips to Rome, and also to drive down to Herculeum as well. Host was also attentive an helpful, even with our delayed (very late) arrival.

Amazing location near the Sperlonga beach and walking distance to the beautiful ancient town of Sperlonga. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The garden is beatiful and we liked the outdoor shower when we got back to the house from the beach.
