The communication was perfect, we gave them a notification once we were close from the appartment and they were waiting for us and gave us e great introduction. There is a puclib parking just next to the appartment, and it's free (Only exception: Thursdays 10am to noon it's closed due to cleaning). The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need (even bathrobes). The City Center is just a few steps away.
