Exceptional, very clean, hotel staff were very helpful, especially ahmad and osama, they were very caring for my wife and I from the first moment we arrived and became even more caring and accommodating when we told them she is pregnant, gave us great advice about visiting Petra given her situation . location was perfect. Such a wonderful hotel we wish we could have stayed longer to get a longer experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Petra Moon that exceeded all my expectations: from the breathtaking location to the top-notch facilities, everything was simply perfect! However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Raja and Osama at the front desk, Hosaifa, and the entire team. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. However, I cannot fail to mention the rest of the hotel staff, who also played a crucial role in making my stay an unforgettable experience. From the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist with luggage to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean, every team member displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel facilities were simply stunning. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. I was very kindly welcomed by Firas and his colleague. They recommended me stuff and they took plenty of their time to explain me Petra, Jordan and the culture. We had long discussions about anything! I have never ever had such a good hotel experience! And I stayed at 5 star hotels like Hyatt before! I highly recommend Sunset hotel, because of the exceptional staff!!

Newly opened hotel in the heart of Petra, very close to everything including the Petra visitors center. The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They went way and beyond to accommodate us. Amazing breakfast and great dinner. The room was very clean and fresh with heating. We met 2 girls in Wadi Rum and recommended this place so they booked it on their way to visit Petra.

Petra was the main highlight.

Petra was the main highlight. I would recommend spending at least 2 days here since 1 day isn't enough to capture the full experience. We ate at an excellent restaurant called "My mother's recipe" which had the most excellent food we ate in all of Jordan. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so be prepared for a lot of uphill walking unless you get a taxi or a rental car.

Everything was perfect, I recommend everyone to stay at least 2 days , city is lively, full of restaurants and shops like a beach cities in Europe so it’s good to have a time to spend in the city and enjoy your journey ! Don’t forget to go to the cave restaurant which is just before the entrance of Petra visit center , an amazing cave

This is a must visit place.

This is a must visit place. The natural beauty, Petra and rest of the nabatean ruins are out of the world. trek to the monastery is worth the effort. It will be uncomfortable in summer You need to spend at least two days. Petra at night is the most amazing experience. The views from Petra to wadi Rum is spectacular. Absolutely on everyone’s bucket list Food, Jordanian people and hospitality is wonderful. It is a safe place!!!

Fantastic staff, friendly and welcoming, happy to offer u an upgrade if possible, food was lovely, views were epic, we stayed in dome with the en suite bathroom, it was just Great..we were sad to stay just one night and wish we could stay longer. It was only a short drive to Petra . Would definitely recommend.

Very interesting place. The Petra complex is unfergottable. We found there some very good restaurants. Examples: My Mom's Recipe Restaurant, Palm Court Restaurant & Cafe, Old Street Cafe & Restaurant.

Petra is always a magical place in your imagination.

Petra is always a magical place in your imagination. However it does not compare to the real thing! No matter how vivid your imagination! You need at least two whole days if not three to really enjoy the sights of Petra. We stayed a short distance away from the visitor center closer to the town centre where there are lovely restaurants and a more local vibe. It's better to take it easier and absorb the local culture and ancient history.

Very welcoming with the most friendly and attentive staff. Great room, varied breakfasts and a wonderful location for views over Wadi Musa and being just a 5 minute drive to Petra. The bed was comfortable and our room was well stocked with all toiletries, hair drier etc. The large shower with excellent pressure was especially welcome after long walks through Petra. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and will be back next time we're in Jordan!

The nice staffs, helped us a lot. And this hotel also is a restaurant too, so we ate the dinner in there. It taste was great, the tradition Jordan food with large size. And they offer the lunch box with good price, we bought the boxes to take to Petra, it saved our time. Because we had to leave to go to Wadi Rum before sunrise, so they offered the breakfast early, another surprise was after we check out, they gave us the gifts, it was so sweet!

Excellent hotel in Wadi Musa with a very friendly and helpful host. The location is in Wadi Musa downtown, which is near restaurants and about 20 minutes walk downhill to Petra entrance. The lobby is quite basic but don't be put off as the rooms are 4 star quality, with good facilities and great aircon (necessary after visiting Petra!). The hotel arranged the minibus to Wadi Rum, which picks you up from the hotel.
