I went there for a concert, so the hotel was very busy. However, the staffs were very effective, it was fast to check in your bag. There even an instruction how to get to the concert venue.

The room was price worth, clean and beautiful view. The check-out staffs were so helpful, especially Bell-girl(?) named Satou-san. She helped me with my luggage. I have this business with the Korean Consulate in the same building in the morning, so I have to deposit(?) my luggage in hotel, and then I need to sent my luggage after because the changing plans and all of these with Satou-san's help. Her work motivations, clearly got me. Will be stay here again in the future.
