The luxury decor of the service apartment. We got wonderful views of snow and skiers practicing right at the doorstep. Their ski-in and ski-out with ski valet is superb. My children loves the staff at the ski valet. The apartment has washing machine with drying function which added to the convenience of cleaning their wet ski gears. 5stars

Really quiet which was nice. Really friendly front desk staff. Nice big room, lots of space. Renovated bathroom was great to use as well. Awesome breakfast

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bathhouse was so relaxing, and the public area outside the bath was beautifully designed with great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience — absolutely worth staying!

The location is great, just off Otaru station.The rooms are big enough for a group of people.Check in and check out was self service.The famous Funamisaka is right in front of the hotel.It is also a short walk to the Otaru Canal.
