Awesome hotel and an Incredible service, we looked with a friend to eat outside, and the reception staff called the restaurant in Japanese for us, booked it, ordered a taxi, escorted us to the taxi, and prepared a note to show to the restaurant to have them order a taxi back for us. Nothing short of exceptional service. Thank you.

Stay in Chitose too.

Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm...

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We were really happy to find this place because it is a true apartment with all amenities you need to cook yourself a meal, sofa, comfortable bed, large shower, wahsing mashine etc. It is about ten minutes walk from the station and one stop from the airport. Thus, it is perfect if you want to catch an early flight or arrive late at Chitose Airport.
