The staff were wonderful—helpful, kind, and attentive. The facilities were excellent, especially the public hot bath, and the atmosphere was amazing. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The room was amazing! It was very spacious. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bathtub and the bed was on a tatami. The staff was very kind and they offer many things (like the soup for dinner and coffee and cappuccino in the morning, and bath salts for bathing).

Had a delightful 2 nights here.. Could have easily stayed a few more! Had everything we needed with the bonus of block out blinds. Excellent place to stay while exploring Kanazawa. Only a short walk to the train station too.
