I scored a deal that made it very good value (online special, Booking.com). The reception staff stored baggage before check-in, thanks. They use translator app to communicate, which works fine. Located close to monorail and Chiba Train Station, easy walking and easy to find — overlooking a plaza.

The location is excellent. Only about 3-5 mins walk from Chiba East Exit. Many restaurants and convient stores near by. Excellent staff offering great service. I had to print out some important document at 2am, their reception staff did it without any complaint. I am really grateful with their help.
