Check in was super easy without any hassle. My room was large and spacious. The shared bathrooms and showers were super clean. The location was perfect, just as you land from the ōmishima bridge. The Island is beautiful.

A quiet little place near the center. The host was super polite and helpful with luggage. There is a place outside to put your bike on without a worry of being stolen. Rather spacious and warm rooms. Just pack a mosquito repellent and you'd have a wonderful stay.

I truly enjoyed my recent stay at Guest House Michishio! Koji's hospitality was perfect - attentive yet unobtrusive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We went biking and stopped for the night here,about half way. Good location,directly next to the biking path,few biking minutes to the next store. Nicely modernised old house with charm,not too many room so it was a nice atmosphere amongst the guests. Our room was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and there was a free washing machine and dryer.Staff speak little English but are very well prepared (written explanation cards) and super friendly! Thanks a lot! Totally recommend!

Very comfortable stay on the 1st of 2 nights doing the Shimanami Kado from Onomichi to Imabari. Yas the friendly host is able to speak perfect English and recommend nearby amenities. Had a nice izakaya dinner nearby. Washer & dryer avail for 100yen each & towel avail for rental as well.
