Clean, quiet, great food, staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, I loved the onsen in our room, and the self grinding coffee was excellent, beautifully decorated.

The rooms were spacious for myself and my adult son and young daughter. I loved that they provided pajamas - the staff were super friendly (although one of the staff members seemed to be irritated with me when I was trying to speak to him, but he later did apologize - the language barrier was perhaps frustrating for me to relay to him my proper concern and this must have frustrated him as he took my questioning as impatience on my part - he told me to "Just Wait!" in a very annoyed tone with me - I'm okay though as I realize I am not used to their ways and perhaps it is considered very rude to try to speak up when I think they are not hearing me properly. In any case, overall, the other staff members were perfect and extremely helpful to me. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. It's located just by the train station, with the bus terminal just across the station. Very convenient to go see the sightseeing spots. As always with Dormy Inn hotels, everything is clean and functional. Great staff.

Definitely one of my favorite places I stayed this summer in Japan. I arrived just in time for their buffet dinner and was able to purchase it through them at the hotel. It was high level with snow crab, prime cuts of beef and just an incredible array of Japanese local dishes as well as a few Western ones. The chefs were there cooking it on the spot. Best meal in Japan. They have private Onsen rooms as well, each with its own unique tub and minerals in the water. I also love how close it was to Izumo temple and also just a short walk from the station.

The staff was wonderful. Some basic English spoken as well as English materials with hotel info. Very clean, lovely room layout, comfortable beds and soft towels. Little vending machine area with a microwave. Close to mall, shops, and restaurants. My room had a nice view of the city.
