Bath overlooked our private garden, the toilet (bidet) was advanced and fancy, tiny dining area with a microwave, fridge, and table with a shoji window was beautiful. Beds were japanese style on the floor but easily the most comfortable beds through our entire trip. Tatami flooring still smelled incredible. Front desk staff was great, and we had a free pickup from the Himeno station and free dropoff at the Kansai airport. Breafkast was suitably diverse so there'd be something for everyone. The property gardens are immaculate!

Location is near to Kansai airport, train station and Rinku premium outlet. Staffs were very nice. View from the room was breathtaking. Onsen, restaurant and so many vending machines inside the property. Robot check in was funny and my child enjoyed a lot. Really worth for the money

the breakfast offer is superb.The choice is wide and healthy. I appreciated the raw tuna the most. Mom really liked that you can bake your own pancakes here. Well..the machine does. It is fun. A machine bakes you mini pancakes and topping are great too. The restaurant itself is super beautifuy decorated. We got a very beautiful booth. The menu is precisely good and offers the essential Japanese dishes that we liked. And for a good price. Waiting was quick and pleasant.
