Sato & Lin have been so helpeful ! I arrived cycling under heavy rain.. They welcome me on a very nice way. Always asking if I needed anything, offering hot drinks, and a great breakfast with products from the garden. They both make the effort to speak english as my Japanese is very limited (misumasen 🙏) and even a few words in French at the morning 😃 THANKS ! Arigato !

The location was nice near Omyia station. Nice spa on the top floor but with a bit low temperature of the hot water. The room was spacious and with nice details. Breakfast buffet was good except the Tofu was a bit on the bitter side.

Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. Plenty of amenities, restaurants around. New, great staff, comfortable, clean, spacious (especially the bathroom).
