The service from the owners and staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to cook a special vegetarian meal for my wife. We really appreciated that. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk to JR station, very easy to find the way. We are cycling at Shimanami-Kaidou, the hotel is a good starting point. Hotel lobby inside has bike parking facilities. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Onsen is big and clean. Staff at onsen are also very friendly too! Room is clean and big which have bridge view outside. Good restaurants near the hotel.

- The location was excellent. A one minute walk to the train station and the cycle drop off, which was much needed after a long day cycling. - The staff were very friendly and made check-in easy. They personally my luggage to my room that had been sent via the luggage transfer option.
