The check in was smooth and done at the kiosk with the help of the staff, who were friendly throughout the stay. The breakfast was also good, and there was some variety suitable for foreign travelers' palates. The location is convenient and easily accessible by train. I was able to borrow a clothing iron from the front desk, which helped tremendously. The room and bed were comfortably warm even at night without the use of heating, despite the cold outside (< 10C). There was support available in multiple languages for various things, like operating the TV, air conditioning system, check-in, etc.

The location is perfect . Within walking distance to Kyoto station and Aeon mall . The hotel staffs are extremely helpful in everything we needed. The room is really good size and clean . Highly recommend this accommodation.
