I can not understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars. It worth at least 4 and probably more. You get luxury, great service. very nice set on onsens, amazing dinner buffet, very nice spacious and comfortable room. 3 Min drive to enter Shiretoko.

Our best stay in Japan so far. We stayed three nights and enjoyed exquisite breakfasts and dinner, each one of them different. Personnel on-site created a family environment and helped us with our limited proficiency in Japanese witht their mastery of English. The private spa was greatly appreciated. Excellent base to explore the region.

Very spacious, clean room with beautiful view from the window. Shared onsen was clean and comfortable. We were so happy with the room that we booked an extra night. Big kitchen and common area.

Hotel Shiretoko is a little bit out of town but sing up high, the view was amazing. My room was huge and had a sofa and chairs for relaxing. The meals were amazing with numerous choices. Onsen area was spacious and the outside onsen with views of the stars was lovely

Without a doubt the best place we ever stayed at in Japan, and we have been to quite a few special ones.
