Amazing property with even more amazing staff. We stayed for two night during our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was an authentic yet luxurious Ryokan. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless and it even had its own onsen. The food was exceptional and the staff was very well trained and extremely friendly. Highly recommended this hotel and would love to go back on day.

Bed is super comfy and the curtains blackout very well The room is as big as I need it to be and it’s nice to have a sofa, chair table setup so I can arrive late and snack. I’ve also eaten at the restaurant and it is quick and efficient. Breakfast you will see many people come down, I guess no one wants to miss out, it’s a decent selection and decent quality. The breads are still soft and the coffee wakes you up, that’s all I can ask for! It’s a little more premium in feel than the other one in the area. Including the plates and the environment. The parking as always is very convenient, well lit and well designed is perfect for when I need to make a last minute booking late at night. The entrance and exit to the car park means you quickly access your car as the entrance to the building is in the halfway point of the carpark, of which there are two, one carpark on each of the sides of the building. The checkin and checkout process is very fast and takes half the time of a high end hotel which I love.

Everything!!! Incredible location, steps from the slopes, very comfortable room, great WiFi, rental on site - great people and equipment from Snowcan rentals - very good baths! A few meters from the bus stop. And the food is just out of this world ; and the chef is so good and such a kind person!!! Great breakfast and just amazing dinner!!! You have to go halfboard!! But the best is the people, all the staff is so kind and helpful, and the manager is the most friendly person ever!!! I had the best birthday ever staying at this hotel !! We have to come back !

Absolutely amazing hotel a short distance from the train station (but not loud at all). Beautiful views, spacious rooms, and indoor and outdoor onsens! The onsens were open for most of the day and shut at midnight which is great for people who get back late from day’s activities like us - even started to snow one night while outside in the onsen which was magic! There were also free soba noodles provided at night and tea and coffee in the day, friendly service, and very comfy beds. I already want to stay again!
