We would say everything (we visit in Oct2023). Staffs are nice and helpful, and make our stay truly feel like second home. Room is clean and well prepared. Beds are comfy, and have no problems to our sleep. Private bathes and public bath are clean and well-organised. If you use it during day-time, you will find a panoramic view - which is so splendid! (we enjoy it so much!). Breakfast in Japanese style - which they serve a lots of stuffs in set - however we must say it truly fulfil our day. We also get discount for dragondora ropeway ticket (I think you can get cheaper price if you buy at some designated hotel - however we cannot read japanese, so we just ask the price and book through the hotel instead). In brief, we recommended and we would go back again!

The rooms were spacious and we'll maintained, with an excellent view, right next to the Ski slope. Onsen was excuisite, must try. The staff at front desk were very helpful and co-operative, spoke English very well. Made the check-in and check-out process very quick and easy.. The shuttle process is also quick, just a phone call away.
