We stayed here 3 times for a total of 6 nights and we are very satisfied about everything ! the staff is really helpful and nice, the rooms super clean and elegant. The quality of the place was really really good for the price we paid ! Would totally come back and recommend it. Thanks again to Abdul and all the staff from me and my husband Mostafa.

I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

At first i didn't know why it was called the house as they also have another version of Hyatt in the same building. Arrived late hours that night after a very long flight. Getting to the room, realised it wasn't just a room but a fabulous house, it made resting for those few hours, so easy. A home away from home.The setup of the hotel, the spacious rooms, fantastic. Morning was greeted by a great and heavy breakfast.

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. Always with a genuine interest asking how we are doing. The fact that the room was very comfortable, helped us getting better through this situation . Big thanks to all the staff!!!

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍
