The reception was exceptional. Our receptionist, Jeremy, was extremely friendly and catered to our needs on time. Through him we experienced 1st class customer service from the booking till the end of our stay. The deluxe room was more than what we expected with top tier room service and was kept clean throughout the stay. Breakfast was amazing and we got offers every time we ordered.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. A home from home, room was clean, modern and nice bathroom with flat screen TV. Good wifi and very nice garden and pool. Excellent value for money for the secure and safe location.

The location close to Wilson airport, and also to Jomo Kenyatta airport only 20 minutes away. I liked the vibe with all the planes taking off and landing, the green and lush gardens, pool area, great restaurant, comfortable resting areas with the amazing history around a person. Staff is great, friendly, helpful allround. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a stay.

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍
