Very nice and friendly staff. Especially receptionist Aliya was very helpful and kind. She made us feel at home. It was a pleasure to meet her. The hotel is very clean and the location is very central. We also liked the lounge where you can enjoy tea or coffee, free of charge.

The location is not too far from the central visiting spots. It only takes 10-15 mins by walking. I also used an app called 「Yandex Go」which is just like Uber or Grab. It’s easy to use for getting wherever I would like to visit. Therefore, the local of the this hotel is fine for me, and the price is not expensive as a new modem hotel. If I am coming back to visit this city, I would love to choose this hotel again. The staffs are also friendly and helpful with their frequent English.

Really nice rooms with nice decorations. Comfy bed with nice bed linens. The stuff was more than excellent, always smiling. Nice breakfast. Very very good location. For sure it was the best hotel in all our trip in the country.
