Exceptionally clean place we stayed after Song Kul. We were able to check in early and take a shower and everything was so new and clean. The bed was comfortable, the hostess was kind. Breakfast was also great. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Clean, new room. Great bathroom facilities. Super nice host and family with great english skills. Good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to Bus station and center. Had a lovely breakfast with the nice who told me a lot about Kyrgyzistan.

The best family and possible to horse trek + The guest house was very clean and the family helped me organise a horse trekking of 3 days which was amazing! It was for the cheapest price in town and a very local experience. All the families/accommodations I met a long the way of the horse trek were hearth warming and Almaz my guide was nice and patient with me and thanks for teaching me many Kirgish words! I recommend the three day tour as you do a different route every day.

Kochkor is a central location with beautiful views itself...

Kochkor is a central location with beautiful views itself and easy access to other places for hiking, horse trekking, etc. We only spent one night before a horse trek, yet we were able to meet all of our needs in Kochkor (got money, food, drinks, etc before setting out on our trek). There were multiple other things we could have done if we had more time.

We arrived very late at night, but the hosts from...

We arrived very late at night, but the hosts from guesthouse waited for us. The next day we were at the market/Basar and the busy center of the town which was just a very nice and exciting experience. The people there mind their own business and leave you alone, but ask for help here and there. But they are honestly helpful and concerned about you - to find the way, find a shop, find anything. We went horseriding for two days and asked first in the cbt office - but went with a different agency around the corner. Always good to check other offers ;) The food was good. Went into a local Cafe in the center,, housed in containers and it was crowded with locals - and yes the local food was very good and fresh!
