This place is amazing we had to extend our stay. Even with a bit of wet weather we so loved our accommodation. Mark and Laura were amazing hosts - so welcoming with great recommendations. Accommodation was clean and our room had a gorgeous sea view. Rooms were amazing and the food was next level - we made our way through the menu over 4 nights and everything we tried was delicious!! Had home western comforts and local must try dishes. 10/10 stay.

We loved everything from room, location, food was beautiful. Staff worried about us getting to Bungalows because the weather was bad. They came outside and covered us with umbrellas carrying our bags. They have looked after us like family. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Blue Zone Hostel, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Dara and his wife. From the moment you arrive, you feel like part of the family. He makes you feel welcome with morning tea - a delightful touch that sets the tone for the day. Above and Beyond: When our scooter had a flat tire, Dara was there in a flash to help us out. The Hideout Koh Rong just opened, and I wanted to share how wonderful our stay was! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming—they truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond by arranging scooter rentals and a boat trip for us, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. The bungalows are a little uphill, which is actually perfect—the village can be noisy, so being slightly elevated makes it more peaceful while still keeping everything within easy walking distance. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a cozy little bar on-site with great drinks, making it a lovely place to relax in the evenings. Overall, we had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend staying at The Hideout!
