Love this place. Room is clean and is cleaned everyday. The staff are very friendly. Comfortable bed. Location is in the center of Jeju city and close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle too, which is very convenient. My friend left her hat behind in the room when we checked out. I contacted the staff and they shipped the hat to our next stay in Seoul to us. Excellent service!

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Beautiful location Very chill vibes Very beautiful hotel Rooms made daily no matter what time we left, whenever we came back it was immaculate It was raining a couple of days that we were there but we were able to eat at the resort Korean bbq with live singing, and very nice swimming in infinity pool on rooftop.
