Location was near the airport which is what we wanted. The room size is comfortable for 3 adults. It’s very clean and modern. Has a nice view of the sea with plenty of sunlight from the windows. A small kitchenette is available and the bathroom has a bidet and good water pressure. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to Stella Kim for her outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju Island. Very good hotel for the price. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of local and western options as well as eggs made to order. The staff was very helpful and it was an added benefit that they offered a free airport shuttle. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well as an (somewhat limited) shopping street. All in all, great base for exploring Jeju.

The hotel was amazing. The entrance hall was superb, very chic and cozy. Everything was super modern, and the room was pretty good too. The bathroom was gorgeous, with automated toiled and a nice bath tub. The hotel location was great, close to several stores and restaurants. Public transport was also available and the bus stops were in a walking distance. Excellent hotel! I would totally come back, and I recommend to other guests visiting Jeju City.
