This place is a hidden gem. We've spent there 12 days as a family with 5 kids during our 3 months trip around SriLanka and enjoyed each day. The villa was extra clean, with 3 good bedrooms and very very spacious other areas (living and dining room and kitchen). Loved the porch with chairs and outside table and spacious lawn part. Good parking (came with own vehicle). The location is within walking distance to Parrot Rock and Trutle Beach which are the best beach places in Mirissa. Located within local residential area, the place is very quiet. There were very very little mosquitos or other bugs so we slept with windows wide open every day. There is no AC needed. Well equiped kitchen, big refrigerator, hot water, great fans and what stood above all - STL Fibre Internet with about 80Mbit/s speed - great for anything. Very polite and welcoming host family which lives at the back of the land plot. Would come back any day again.

Well located nice family hotel. We got a room with a view to the sea, comfy beds, quiet ac, large bathroom, no hot water but as it’s so warm weather it’s good to have a refreshment in room temperature shower:) the host lady is so kind, every morning preparing a really good breakfast and making feel us so welcome.

The hotel is newly opened, with beautifully renovated rooms. It’s close to Weligama beach for surfing and walking distance from the magnificent jungle beach for swimming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. WiFi is good. Breakfast was delicious. And the two rescued kittens stole my heart.

Absolutely amazing. The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable bed. We loved the pool after long trip from Colombo. Great fruit plate and tea for breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Surrounding is weird but this place is like hidden gem. Recommended!

The view from the room is the best, the room itself is spacious and very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows, combined with a sound of the waves good sleep is guaranteed. :) There is also good and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast is plenty and different every day. Fast Wi-Fi and a lovely working area on the last floor overlooking the seaside. In the hotel there is their own beach part and for those who surf a nice spot right there. The board rental is also next door. In the evening you can see sea creatures like big crabs and sometimes turtles coming to the beach! The family who runs this place is extremely nice and made our stay there amazing.
