After 2 weeks it was probably the most beautiful accommodation on our trip through Sri Lanka. The location is simply breathtaking, away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy, the view is priceless and the staff and the manager always tried to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was very rich and more than sufficient, we also enjoyed the excellent food in the evening.

The beauty of the house exceeded all our expectations! Every single detail is well thought out and perfectly placed. It feels like you never want to leave—you just want to stay forever. The staff is incredibly professional, and the breakfast is outstanding, on par with five-star hotels in Paris. The only thing I’m sad about is that we had only two days there. But we already know—we’re coming back next year!

The property was breathtaking. Sat on top of a mountain about a 40 minute drive out of Kandy it’s an amazing experience just getting there. Upon arrival you are greeted by the most friendly staff who make you feel right at home from the start. Standout features are the hot tub and rooftop pool, as well as the stunning view from the restaurant. I ate the prawn curry for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The staff are very professional but also are more than happy to have conversation and have a joke if you’re anything like me. The Spa treatment was a lovely way to relax in the morning, and Havsha (the man on reception) organised everything for us for whenever we needed it. Weather it was the Spa treatment, a Tuk Tuk tour of the surrounding area with a fantastic scenic lookout, or even organising us a driver to Columbo, he did it all with zero hesitation.

We stayed for 11 nights in the hotel and already day one we felt at home. Located in the beautiful, natural area, far away from the hassle of big city, but still nearby to many attractions. The personnel was welcoming and warm, whenever we needed something everyone was so helpful! The room was spacious and clean, the views amazing, what a wonderful escape! But the best thing... food! absolutely incredible. The chef was ready to go an extra mile and offered to cook our favorites off menu plus we took cooking class to learn about Sri Lankan food from the best source :) We cannot recommend this place enough! We will be back :)

AMAZING STAY. Janaka and his wife are adorable and so hospitable. The place was very peaceful and the views are incredible. Janaka’s wife’s cooking was also nothing short of amazing! Would highly recommend and plan to come back one day in the future!

The host, Sarath, and his staff were exceptional. Breakfast was so good, I didn't eat lunch. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone that's looking for a relaxing time surrounded by nature.

The accommodation is special and beautifully set in a stunning natural environment. The staff were very kind and always willing to help, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. They really made us feel like at home. Dinner and breakfast were both tasty and generous, adding to a stay that we truly enjoyed. We are really happy with the accomodation and would recomend it 100%

Big ensuite room in a big clean house with a nice view over the hills. The hosts can prepare nice meals at local price. I went there while hiking on the pekoe trail. It's about 20mn walking off the trail.
