Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

The host was great and the breakfast fantastic. The location is really amazing just next to the lake and you can hear and see a lot of birds. It was warm water and the facility is pretty new. Comfortable bad 👍🏻

Great location in the middle of a really timy village, completely surrounded by nature. The nicest host family, who made everything to make our stay comfortable. We had wonderful dinner and breakfast. Really calm and beautiful place. Beautiful clean room with hot water. We really recommend renting a bike and biking to the Ritigala mountain.

Royal Rock is a quiet, peaceful haven handy for Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa. The food is excellent, service attentive but not intrusive and the ambience is most relaxing. Our 3 days/2 nights in Il Frangipane have been amazing! The facility is a little tropical paradise, well maintained and well designed: perfect for some relaxing days. The Shakshuka breakfast was delicious, also the pasta dinner ~ as good as in Italy. Bed so comfortable, setting very peaceful. Pool was perfect for cooling down in the middle of the day and I loved watching monkeys swing through the trees while reading on a pool lounger. The owner arranged a jeep safari for me at local Eco Park ~ it was awesome to see elephants up so close!
