Even at night we would leave the curtains open so that in the morning we could see the gentle, rolling landscape from our bed - a luxury! The place is perfectly clean and decorated with taste and has a pretty pool. Rumesh and his team are lovely people - friendly, efficient and attentive to your every need. The meals taken on the large terrasse overlooking the mountain are delicious. Peaceful and quiet, this is the perfect place to unwind and contemplate nature.

A perfect stay! The family is very kind and hospitable. The room itself is very new, spacious and sparkling clean. We LOVED staying at the Glenrock. Best hotel I have ever stayed at, the location is a dream and we loved the natural pool and swimming in the river. We stayed in a river cabana and the room was lovely. Visited by monkeys in the morning. All the food we had was delicious. The staff were also great.

Beautifully situated, among the jungle and a garden embedded in it. We arrived quite late, but despite this they waited for us and offered us dinner! The caretaker of the facility is a very nice gentleman who cares a lot about the well-being of his guests. The guesthouse is decorated in a uniform style that matches the surroundings. Every detail is thought out. The rooms are spotlessly clean, always with a view of the jungle (some, like ours, also have a balcony). In the morning we had a delicious breakfast - fruit and a chosen form of egg. It was a sufficient portion for us. In addition, coffee / tea / juice. It was wonderful for us to wake up in such surroundings and start the day like this. Although the monkeys jumped on the roof of our building, it was an additional attraction for us. I would like to visit such places more often. Hidden gems with excellent service.
