To be honest ..there wasn't anything not to like ..the Staff were very welcoming and helpful and always available. Beautiful Peacefull surroundings in a very well maintained setting, the hotel offers plenty of facilities with pool and badminton area ....will definitely be coming again ...thank you so much

The Glenrock was an amazing experience. The location and environment were idyllic with mountains around it and an ever flowing river on the periphery. We spotted large billed birds in the trees, a mongoose, chipmunks and a giant squirrel who visited every morning for bananas. The rooms were large and equipped with all you needed, the bed was very comfortable and WiFi worked in all the rooms. The staff were amazing always on hand to help delivering ice, drinks and food to our rooms. The breakfasts were out of this world so tasty and so substantial. Dinner in the hotel dining area was so well managed it felt like a fine dining experience with drinks topped up, refills of food and attention to all the details. Compliments to the chefs the food was outstanding. We were taken to visit the waterfalls and the staff were very attentive insuring our safety at all times. The river in the grounds of the hotel provided us with such a giggle whilst we had "fish therapy", tiny fish nibbling your feet leaving them smooth and refreshed. We loved our stay here and would like to thank Iresh, Thushara, Duminda and the chefs. We would highly recommend you indulge in this experience

Beautifully situated, among the jungle and a garden embedded in it. We arrived quite late, but despite this they waited for us and offered us dinner! The caretaker of the facility is a very nice gentleman who cares a lot about the well-being of his guests. The guesthouse is decorated in a uniform style that matches the surroundings. Every detail is thought out. The rooms are spotlessly clean, always with a view of the jungle (some, like ours, also have a balcony). In the morning we had a delicious breakfast - fruit and a chosen form of egg. It was a sufficient portion for us. In addition, coffee / tea / juice. It was wonderful for us to wake up in such surroundings and start the day like this. Although the monkeys jumped on the roof of our building, it was an additional attraction for us. I would like to visit such places more often. Hidden gems with excellent service.

The location was peaceful and serene, providing the perfect escape. The staff were exceptionally attentive, with impeccable attention to detail. The meals served during our stay were absolutely delicious and carried a nostalgic, home-cooked charm. A special highlight was the morning visit to Pahanthudawa Waterfall, thoughtfully arranged by the team, which made our experience even more memorable. This family is just awesome, as well as the rooms! You have the whole downstairs area for yourself. The mother is a great cook and prepares authentic sri lanka food! Everybody was so helpful and kind! The whole family knows the area very well, just ask anything! We will definitely come back! Thank you Senaya Homestay!
