In the middle of the Ziz valley, just next to a nice river and a beautiful kasbah, this facility is perfect for those who travels between Fes and the desert. The place is managed by a berber family, who made our stay perfect: nice welcoming, amazing dinner and breakfast, and finally nice guided tour of the near ziz valley until the old kasbah. Zacarias is a great host, and he made us feel at home! The house is very familiar, clean and cheerful! The delicious dinner and the time we spent chatting with Zacarias, Karim and other guests, were all we needed after a long day on the road! We decided to spend another night and got the chance to hike the beautiful Gorges just next to the house with Karim, with whom we had a great lunch!

Staying at this restored 200 year old building was such an amazing experience! The host is so kind and welcoming. He took us on a lovely tour of the area and is doing a lot of work to refurbish and preserve these buildings.

Incredibly kind family that runs the Gite. We arrived quite late but we were settled in quickly. Absolutely loved the dinner, the tea, and the coffee by the oasis in the rising sun. Lots of children and many beds in the room, so it is quite ideal for family or groups. Note that the food can take some time (over an hour) to come out but it is noted on the menu and that means it's freshly homemade.

This "Gite" is rustic family house located outside of town and thus very quiet and a truly Moroccan experience, warm family and we were well cared for. The manager's wife made us home cooked meals and Aziz the owner took us to his home in the city for a traditional Iftar meal. I loved talking with the local children and chilling on the patio under a fragrant orange tree. A highlight of our trip! You will need a car and GPS to find it or contact Aziz and he will pick you up in town.

the property was very unique with a little garden inside of the home and beautiful terrace. the beds were very good and comfortable. The host Hamza is a amazing inspiring person, he gave us the best experience we ever had in a hotel. It’s was a wonderful welcoming experience!

Excellent stay on the way to Merzougha! Would thoroughly recommend to families flying in late to Errachidia from Casablanca. The hotel is a five minute taxi from the airport, so the whole family were in bed within 30 minutes of landing. Great, clean amenities. The front desk even connected us to a trustworthy local car rental company who brought the car to the hotel before driving down to Merzougha.
