From the moment I arrived, I knew this boutique accommodation was something special. Great, very fresh, breakfast and they served it also to the roof terrace. Very nice service. Very clean place and the room was big enough, very good shover. The soundproof was quite good but or course you are living in the very inside of medina althought the door of the hotel is in the quiet side alley. Overall very good place, nice and helpfull reception people.

At Heure Bleue Palais the staff understands what great service is. The experience we had was really exceptional. It started with getting a free upgrade to a Deluxe Suite. The Suite was in one word “great”. Very comfortable and well decorated. All you wanted or needed was there. On daily base we were surprised with nice treats. Also daily breakfast was exceptional of quality. Very complete and diverse with high quality of products. One evening we had dinner in their restaurant. This as well was surprisingly well. All in all we had as frequent travelers a surprisingly great stay @ Heure Bleue Palais. Big compliments to Eric and his team.

Great swimming pool area. Our 3 bedroom Riad was huge and comfortable. Service was fantastic and we really appreciated the advice from Carole and her husband. Great place to escape the frenzy of Essaouira. Best to have a car.

Nice decoration in Maroccan style. Clean. On the main street. Be aware that you are near minaret so it is calling to prayer starting early morning, about 4.30. Seaguls are also very loud on the side facing minaret. Young boy on reception struggle writing latin alphabet, so let the customers fill the formular, it will be easier for both sides. But anyway 10 rate from us!
