All the receptionist staff were helpful and very kind .always with smile especially Mohammed. Every time I called they answered back. Helping. Me and my son were sick . We couldn’t go out . The receptionist helped us to get medication and everything we needed from outside like water bread….,etc since my son was sick vomiting they provided me always with new extra sheets and extra towels even at night. They cooked for us even rice. The room was so clean and the cleaners were always willing to help . All the staff are professional. I worked in Tourism in 5 stars Hotel . I can rate the service as 5 stars hotels. The location of the hotel is quite central and the beach is just 2 minutes away . It is very safe as the police station next door. So many ristorante and there is a market as well. They’re a lot of activities for the kids. My son really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for your help and for the great service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I liked everything. Location was anazing, right by many cafes and across from a Hamam. It was as clean as it got, absolutely spotless. Towels were prepared for us, and even the table was set in case we wanted to bring home supper. There was a wall mounted hair dryer, with an adapter wall plug in case we had any electronics with foreign plugs. There was even a baby crib available on top of the 3 beds! Absolutely no complaints, I would love to stay here again, and would give it more than 10 stars if I could.
